Greetings from Centre for Indian Psychology, Jain University! Hope this mail finds you in best of health and spirits.
We are happy to inform you that we are organising a three day International Workshop on Healing, Counselling & Therapy Based on Principles of Indian Psychology on 13-15 December, 2012 (immediately after NAOP Conference) at our Jain Global Campus in Bangalore.
We are fortunate to have many distinguishing resource persons from India and abroad to lead the workshop. The details of the workshop are available in the brochure attached herewith for your consideration. Please feel free to share this information with anyone interested.
Since it is an experiential workshop the participation in limited to 35 participants only. So, interested individuals are advised to confirm their participation at the earliest. You may respond by sending a return mail expressing your intention to attend the workshop immediately followed by sending us the filled in application form.

A national seminar on the topic 'The Mahabharata and the Indian Society' will be organised at Ambedkar college, Fatikroy, Dist- Unakoti, Tripura, India-799290.

 

Sub themes-

1.    A character analysis of any character of the Mahabharata

2.    A case study of literary recreation inspired by the Mahabharata

3.    A different perspective of the Bhagavad Gita.

4.    Different philosophical concepts of the Mahabharata

5.    Culture of any of the tribes of the Mahabharata

6.    Women in the Mahabharata

7.    Marginalized people in the Mahabharata

8.    Society as depicted in the epic
